Het gehele project bestaat meerdere elementen zoals hieronder getoond. Informatie over de <strong>koop-<\/strong> appartementen en woningen vindt u in deze <a href=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/explose\/docs\/brochure_a3_willibrordushof3?e=33129623\/69202577\">brochure<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De <strong>huur-appartementen<\/strong> zijn bijna 70m2 excl. balkon en berging. Ze zijn verdeeld in type A en B zoals getoond op onderstaande foto`s. Beiden hebben nagenoeg dezelfde oppervlakte maar verschillen iets in slaapkamer-indeling.  De appartement zijn inclusief keukenblok zonder apparatuur. De vloeren zijn afgewerkt beton en kunnen naar eigen inzicht worden afgewerkt. Er zijn drie bouwlagen in het gebouw. Er is geen lift maar een trappenportaal voor gezamenlijk gebruik. Elk appartement heeft een balkon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parkeren kun je onder het gebouw in de parkeergarage met voor elk appartement \u00e9\u00e9n parkeerplek. Tevens is het mogelijk een extra parkeerplaats bij te huren.
